[dropcap]W[/dropcap]elcome to my new feature that will be running on Tuesdays in the most wonderful month of the year, April! 4 Tuesdays to talk spring fashion trends, which works out perfectly because yesterday on The Blended Blog I featured 4 trends I will be trying this spring. You can read the post here.Today I am going to talk my 3rd pick: florals. And because I couldn't figure out where to start, I thought I would get some inspiration from the past looks I have sported since I started shamelessly selfie-ing my outfits. Here's what I have worn for florals since spring of 2014. As a side note, looking through these pictures made me miss my short hair. Sigh. Why does the cycle always have to go that way? Why must I grow it out, just to chop it off??!!

So what am I doing to adding some fresh florals to my wardrobe bouquet? Shoes, which is my favourite thing to get because my feet never feel fat and they can be an inexpensive add. The cute watercolour flats that I picked up were 35$ from the Shoe Company (here) and will add some great colour to my white jeans and bright blazer. The way I'm pushing myself is pairing floral with stripes, because as you can see in the collage above, I tend to just stick to one crazy per outfit.

[Tweet "Like what you see? I put together an outfit from my favourite Canadian retailer, Simons. "] The shoes I bought in Saskatoon, but they are available online at DSW as well.
Come back tomorrow as celebrate Spring Sweaters with the Blended Bloggers....I styled a very tame (in Deena standards) outfit with some crazy floral shoes...because that's how I roll. À demain!
